Included storage
2 GB of attachments on every plan, the same whatever the seat count. The 20 GB block at $8.00 a month: a block is a 20% saving on the $0.50 per GB-month the same gigabytes cost as overage.
For 50 GB of attachments, 48 GB is above the included 2 GB: $24.00 a month metered as overage, or $20.00 a month with 2 of the 20 GB blocks and the rest metered.
The trial
There is no free plan. Every account begins with a card on file, either as a 3-day trial of Starter or on Pro or Scale bought outright and charged at once; there is no other way in.
On Starter, the trial Checkout asks only for the interval that will be charged on day 3, monthly or annual, and the card is authorised, not charged. Pro and Scale are chosen and bought directly.
Refunds
The first invoice of a subscription is refundable within 14 days of the first charge, on request to support; the 14-day window, together with the trial, is how a paid tier is evaluated. Nothing else is refundable: overage, added seats, upgrades and renewals are final. Refunds go back to the card.
