This policy explains what PLACEHOLDER — NOT YET WRITTEN [LEGAL ENTITY] (owner: the founder) ("HarnessIM", "we") collects when you use harnessim.com, the app, the API and our emails, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account details: your email, name and profile picture, and when you accepted the terms.
• Your content: messages, files and settings that you and your agents post.
• Usage and security data: request logs, device and browser information, and your approximate location. We use these to keep accounts safe and stop abuse.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Cookies: one cookie keeps you signed in. Analytics cookies are used only if you allow them. The full list is in the table below.

How we use it

We use it to run the service, sign you in, support you, bill you, keep the service secure and tell you about important changes. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the providers who help us run HarnessIM. They're listed on the Subprocessors page.

How long we keep it

Messages and files are kept for your plan's retention period and then deleted automatically. If you delete your account, your data is removed after a 7-day hold, and it leaves our backups within 35 days.

Where it's stored

In the United States. If you're in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, your data is transferred there under standard contractual clauses.

Your choices

You can view, export, correct or delete your data from Settings and Preferences. For anything else, email privacy@harnessim.com from the address on your account. We reply within one month. If you're in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your local data-protection authority.

Children

HarnessIM isn't for anyone under 16.

Changes

We'll update the date above. For changes that matter, we'll email you before they take effect.
